6 new, modern hospitals will be built in Adjara by the end of 2011. International Insurance Company Imedi L has already began construction of 60 persons hospital in Kobuleti, from 20 to 30 persons hospital in Chakvi, Keda, Shuakhevi and khulo, 90 persons hospital in Batumi, which will be exploited in 2011.
The building process has been studied carefully by Ministers of public health of Georgia and Adjara, and representatives of Imedi L.
About 50 workers are hired at each unit. Hospitals will employ well trained, highly professional doctors and will serve about 300 patients simultaneously.
